Best Cross-Fit Gym in Navalur
Have been to all type of gym in chennai since I stepped into my first gym 13 years back. Have been trained by various trainers including Mr. Tamilnadu.
Trainers I had in the past, most of them either don’t have knowledge or don’t pass on the knowledge.
Having said that, I was keenly searching for a good gym after I relocated to navalur. Navalur being a new hub for fitness with many glamour gyms, yet I couldn’t find anything spl on them. All the gyms I visited were similar to the ones I had gone in the past.
Atlast found this bio-crossfit centre. With zero knowledge on crossfit training method, I went and spoke to Mr. Gopi. First meeting itself was very impressive.
Had a trail class, much more Impressed.
So it been two weeks since I joined this centre. I would say I have finally found the right place n right people. Day by day I am very much impressed by the knowledge both Mr. Gopi n Mr. Danny have and most important is that they just don’t teach u the exercise but they do explain and pass on the knowledge by explaining how the exercise works in your body.
Even when it’s crowded they give utmost attention to each n everyone. Right to say this as personal crossfitt training.
Kudos to Mr. Gopi n Mr. Danny.
To people looking for some good fitness training , this is the right place.
Note: don’t compare the price or equipment with the glamorous gyms nearby. I promise u that the money u invest here would be more valuable than those.
