Its is a great place for crossfit training. There are few aspects which they do uniquely.
1. Initial assessment – It helps both trainers and trainees to understand their level of fitness and keep track of improvements.
2. Nutritional counseling – Along with training, they give nutritional counseling as well. Also they provide healthy food diet.
3. Facilities – Overall facilities are pretty good. The equipment are new and in great shape.
4. Trainers – There are two trainers, both of them certified trainers and they are much friendly and will push you to test your limits. They also guide you with your silliest of the queries.
Its much better than routine GYM centers, every day they will change exercise to get more interest on doing workouts it’s really good.
